Step 1:Choose Google Drive and Authorized
To begin, free download and install 4DDiG Duplicate File Deleter on your Windows PC. After launching, click on “Find Google Drive Duplicates”. Then a browser will be opened for you to log in your google account and be authorized.
After successful authorization, you will return to the software interface to continue. Here you can choose the location to start finding duplicates. Click OK to continue.
Now click on “Scan Duplicates” to start finding Google Drive duplicates.

When you click "Scan Duplicates", 4DDiG Duplicate File Deleter will begin scanning Google Drive for duplicate files. Wait until the scanning process is finished, all the scanning duplicates will be listed on the software interface.

Step 1:Enter Duplicate Reminder Page
Navigate to the left side of the home page, and you will see Duplicate Reminder. Click into it!

Step 2:Set Reminded Folders and Notice Time
Now you can turn on your Duplicate Reminder, add folders to be reminded and set a certain notice time. After that, click Save. Then you will receive a notification to remove your duplicates in a time period you set. It doesn’t need you waiting for scan in the whole process.

Step 3:Check Your Duplicates
In your set notice time, there will appear a prompt at the bottom right of your desktop. You can choose “Ignore” or directly click “Check” to remove your duplicates as you want.

Step 4:Remove Your Duplicates
You will discover that similar images are grouped together based on their size and quantity. By clicking on each group, you can preview the similar images or duplicate files within it. Once you have selected the desired files, simply click on the "Remove" button to delete the similar images or duplicate files.
